Adventure Boot Camp

Adventure Boot Camp will get you in shape, give you self-confidence, keep you accountable to your fitness goals, and  jump-start to a healthier you—no matter what your current fitness level.

In order to achieve the most out of your workouts, we suggest you plan to attend the first week of the beginning of a new session. See below for session start days and visit the schedule to see complete availability. We provide flexibility, so you can attend five days a week or drop-in when convenient.

Monthly Boot Camp Start Dates | First day: Mondays always, dates vary, see schedule. Fall/Winter schedule is M/Tu/Th/F. Spring/Summer schedule is M/Tu/W/Th. There are two (2) Saturday sessions each month, check schedule for dates/times.

Park and meet in the parking lot next to Moosa’s Burger & Custard.

Small Group

Small Group workouts are co-ed and conducted all year round (both indoors and outdoors) at the Achieve Personal Fitness studio at Bayshore Town Center and is fully-equipped with weights, mats, and equipment.  All sessions are a combo of strength, core and cardio training.
